Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gaming services offered via https://rubyslots-ca.com ("Ruby Slots"). - Account: A registered user profile created on the Website that enables a Player to deposit funds, place Bets or Wagers, claim Bonuses, and use gaming services.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification

Account Creation Process

- Chosen username and password or equivalent login credentials.

User Obligations

- One-account rule: You may hold only one active Account on Ruby Slots. If we detect multiple Accounts for the same individual, we may close or merge such Accounts, void Bonuses, and cancel winnings or balances associated with duplicate Accounts.
- Password and security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must:

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay Conditions
- Game rules: Each Game available on Ruby Slots is governed by its specific rules and paytable, as presented within the Game interface. In the event of inconsistency, the Game-specific rules generally prevail regarding Game mechanics, while these Terms govern the overall contractual relationship.

Placing, Modifying, and Cancelling Bets
- Placing a Bet:

- Collude with other players or share Game information that would give an unfair advantage;

Bonus Terms
Activation and Eligibility

Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse

- Non-stacking rule: Bonuses generally may not be combined or "stacked". Where a new Bonus is activated before the previous one is completed, the Operator may:

Withdrawals

Exclusions and Limitations

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

- You have provided false or misleading information or failed to complete KYC;

- Effects of suspension: During suspension:
